Cancellation and Refund Policy for Shoes
Order Cancellation:
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at connect@pythonstride.com with your order number to cancel your order.
After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process to receive a refund.
Refund Policy:
We pack our products with great care and hence It is very important to shoot a video through your smart phone or other device while unpacking your product, for us to get a clear idea where the fault lies.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must initiate the return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as clearance items, gift cards, and custom or personalized products. Please refer to the product description for any specific return policy.
Return Process:
Request a Return: Contact us at connect@pythonstride.com to request a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at connect@pythonstride.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
