We offer a 7-day return policy for unworn shoes in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.

To exchange shoes, please return the original pair following our return process and place a new order for the desired pair. Contact customer service for assistance if needed.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
